1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of BuyAnyAsset.com (the "Marketplace" or "Buy Any Asset"), operated by Buy Any Asset ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, browsing listings, making an offer, listing an asset, or otherwise using the Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Buy Any Asset. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Each email address may be registered only once. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your account

You agree to provide truthful, current information when creating your account and listings, and to keep it updated. You may not use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to misrepresent assets, metrics, traffic, revenue, or ownership.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we believe are fraudulent, or that pose a risk to the Marketplace or its users.

4. Listings and seller obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including financials, traffic, audience figures, and the legal right to sell the listed asset. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live; review does not guarantee that a listing is accurate or that a sale will complete.

Premium listings, promoted listings, and other paid visibility options are subject to their stated terms, validity periods, and fees, and do not guarantee a sale or bypass our review requirements.

5. Offers, negotiations and transactions

Buyers and sellers negotiate through offers and messages on the Marketplace. An accepted offer creates a transaction at the accepted price. Unpaid accepted offers expire automatically after 72 hours, the listing is released, and the transaction history is retained.

Where an Escrow transaction is created, the buyer, seller, and any fees are governed by the parties mapped at checkout and by the Escrow provider's terms. Buy Any Asset facilitates the introduction and provides workflow tooling but is not a party to the underlying asset sale unless expressly stated.

6. Fees

Buy Any Asset charges listing fees, promotion fees, premium listing fees, and a closing fee on completed sales as described on the relevant listing or checkout screen. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in a specific policy.

Escrow fees and any broker fees are calculated and disclosed before a transaction is initiated. Team Seller transactions are governed by the terms disclosed at checkout for that listing type.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; circumvent the Marketplace to avoid fees; interfere with another user's transaction; scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Marketplace; or use automated systems to place offers or listings without our permission.

We may remove listings, cancel offers, or reverse transactions that we believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Content and licenses

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Buy Any Asset a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Marketplace. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you upload.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that any sale will complete, or that the Marketplace will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Buy Any Asset is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Marketplace.

10. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we may provide a dispute and messaging process as described in our policies. Where an Escrow transaction is in dispute, the Escrow provider's dispute process governs the funds.

You will cooperate with us in good faith in any investigation and provide the information we reasonably request.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Marketplace after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
