Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when fees paid to Buy Any Asset may be refunded and how listings, offers, and transactions can be cancelled. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. Listing, premium, and promotion fees

Listing, premium, and promotion fees are listing and service fees. They cover review, visibility, and platform services and are non-refundable once the service has been delivered (for example, once a listing has been reviewed, promoted, or gone live).

If a paid listing or promotion is not delivered through a fault on our side, contact support@buyanyasset.com and we will review the situation and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

3. Offers and accepted transactions

A buyer may withdraw an offer before the seller accepts it. Once an offer is accepted, a transaction is created at the accepted price and the buyer has 72 hours to initiate payment.

If payment is not initiated within 72 hours, the transaction is automatically cancelled, the listing is released, and the buyer and seller are notified. No fee is charged for an unpaid cancelled transaction.

4. Escrow transactions

Where a transaction is processed through our Escrow provider, the funds are held by the Escrow provider, not by Buy Any Asset. Refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution for escrowed funds are governed by the Escrow provider's terms and dispute process.

Buy Any Asset cannot release or refund escrowed funds directly. Any request relating to escrowed funds must be handled through the Escrow provider's process.

5. Closing fee

The closing fee is charged when a listing is successfully sold and the transaction completes. If a completed transaction is reversed through the Escrow provider's dispute process, contact us and we will review the closing fee charged in that transaction.

6. Listing withdrawal by sellers

A seller may withdraw a live listing at any time before an offer is accepted. Once an accepted offer creates an active transaction, the seller cannot unilaterally cancel that transaction; the 72-hour payment window and any escrow process apply.

7. Account and subscription cancellation

You can stop using the Marketplace at any time. To close your account, contact support@buyanyasset.com. Closing your account does not automatically cancel active transactions or release obligations you have already incurred.

8. How to request a review

To request a refund or cancellation review, email support@buyanyasset.com with your account email, the listing or transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, which may override the terms set out here.
