What protects every deal

Funds held in escrow

The buyer's payment is secured before any handover begins. The seller never receives the money upfront, so there is no moment where one side holds both the money and the asset.

Released only after ownership transfer

Funds stay locked until the agreed ownership and access have been delivered and the buyer confirms receipt. Payment confirmation, access and ownership are separate milestones — each one is recorded.

Refund protection

If the seller fails to deliver, or the asset does not match the listing, the buyer is protected by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable payment process. A refund is never automatic — every case is reviewed with evidence.

Supervised handover

Buy Any Asset support coordinates the transfer inside the existing deal conversation. Official messages are labelled BUY ANY ASSET SUPPORT, and managed checkpoints record each step of the handover.

Step by step

How the protected payment flows

  1. 01

    Deal agreed

    The buyer and seller agree on a price through an accepted offer or Buy Now. A transaction is created with the agreed amount, and the listing is locked so no one else can buy it.

  2. 02

    Payment secured

    The buyer pays using the options shown for the deal — Bank Transfer or Crypto, and some checkouts use a third-party escrow provider that holds the funds under its own terms. Bank transfers are verified before they count; a receipt screenshot alone does not confirm funds.

  3. 03

    Asset handed over

    The seller transfers the asset following the instructions for that asset type. Receiving details (such as the buyer's email for a channel transfer) are submitted privately through the transaction page — never in chat.

  4. 04

    Buyer inspects

    The buyer checks the asset with the access provided: analytics, monetization, content, files and included accounts. Any issue is raised with support before confirming.

  5. 05

    Confirmation & payout

    Once the buyer confirms receipt, the deal is marked Completed and the seller payout is arranged under the agreed fees. The buyer can then leave a review of the seller.

What gets transferred, and how

YouTube channels

Managed transfers include channel inspection, a private receiving-email submission and a recorded ownership handover. Google's eligibility and waiting rules apply — a new owner generally must meet Google's seven-day requirement before becoming Primary Owner. Manager access is for inspection, not ownership.

Instagram accounts

The handover covers account access, the linked email and recovery details, and two-factor authentication, following the team's instructions and Instagram's own rules.

Websites & online businesses

The handover covers domain transfer (registrar push or EPP code), hosting or migration, files, data and included accounts. The buyer checks the site works and controls the agreed assets before confirming.

Disputes & refunds

If something goes wrong, the deal conversation is the place to raise it. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides before any decision.

  • When a refund is possible

    If the seller fails to deliver the asset, or the asset materially differs from the listing, the buyer can request a review. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable payment provider's process.

  • Evidence decides, not pressure

    Both sides can submit evidence in the deal thread. Official decisions come from messages labelled BUY ANY ASSET SUPPORT — never from the other party.

  • Where the money sits during a dispute

    Funds remain held while a dispute is reviewed. Where a third-party escrow provider is used, its dispute process and terms apply to the escrowed funds.
